Liners :

Deepam industries offers a range of state of art liner technologies to suit almost any application .Our reinforce liners are capable of suuporting water pressures of more than 2kg/cm2, 200meters  water column.Deepam Industries Liners are suitable for storage of a large range of liquids.

Standard Liners :

Deepam Industries is manufactured from either a reinforced multi-layer,food garde ,PVC/PE,Liner with a oven multi filament skrim or full thickness and reinforced PVC/PE depending on application.
primarily used for installation in lighter commercial and rural/domestic tank designs,this liner consists of three permanently bonded layers of PVC/PE fabric.
Using only PVC/PE and no other fabric types within the layer ensures a homogenous bond between each layer of material.
And because the fabric is inert , no smell or taste can effect your valuable water/liquids.

Commercial Liners:

This supported food grade PVC/PE liner is primarily used in conjunction with larger commercial design tank.The woven,super tough scrim gives this liner excellent wear resistance without stretching or tearing.

Used extensively in storage tanks upto 2 million liters,this heavy duty fabric is ideally suited to tanks of almost any size.

Both standard and commercial liner designs are resistant to a large range of chemicals:

• Alkalis such as sodium hydroxide (caustic soad),potassium hydroxide and sodium carbonate.
• Acids (Confirmation of chemical composition required)
• Effluent from treatment plants(confirmation of chemicals composition required)
• Salts such as sodium chloride and
• Organic solvents(Confirmation of chemicals composition required).
• Oils , Alcohols & Molasses.
